• Conventional property searching method is base on a road name or project/building name. However this method can't visually show you the other nearby properties and amenties.
• MapSutra is developed to help you find your dream home visually. It is a property search engine that is  MAP-centric, you can search and list all properties on that fall within the region demarcated by the map.

• We provide you with about 60,000 Sales and Rental listings for HDB, private properties and commercial pro perties. That is equivalent to 1 month of advertisements. The listings are also updated daily!
• There are 3 types of Map views ( Street , Satellite and Hybrid Views ). The Street View is similar to a normal printed street map, the Satellite View is the view from a satellite orbiting the Earth and Hybrid View is a Satellite View superimposed with roads and project names.

i) Navigate

• You can navigate to a location on the map via a Postal Code or MRT (more options will be added soon).
• For Postal Code, enter a postal code and click the “Go” button and the map will be positioned with your property at the center.
• For MRT, just chick on the combo box, the map will put the MRT in the center of the map.

• Click on the map and drag to a new location

ii) Search

• Select your options (HDB, PTE or IND) and (Sale or Rent) then click on Search button.
• ou then select the listings that interest you by clicking the checkboxes and then add to the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. After you finish, click on Cart Content and submit. An agent will contact you.
